Chile goods

Hey guys sorry it has takin such a long time to update. Im in chile and life is sweet! Our team has made base camp in a little town named "Las Trancas". It is conveniently located at the base of an awesome mountain at which we snowboard and whiteness to the snowboard community. God has continuously shown up and helped us out. His Provision is astounding and he just keeps giving blessings. Our first blessing was Carlos as soon as we landed in chile this fantastic guy named Carlos said he would help us and drive us around for a whole month. He has been more than just a driver but a cook, a translator, a friend, and an amazing tech man. So more with me God has been teaching me heaps. I can see how love is patient and a really hard lesson. but none the less he is teaching it and im trying hard to learn. in about a week we will head up to Pichilemu and build houses. im really excited for that. well i should get going. but god is still super cool and nice n' stuff. love you all

outreach update

So this morning we had a time of giving between students and they showed each person how much they had left to pay. Me and my friend Aaron both had 5350 at the start of the meeting but some how at the end of the meeting they had miraculously gone down to 3900. God is a providing God and im trusting he will make a way for the remaining 3900.

QueensTown

Hey everyone sorry it took so long to get another one up. we spent the last week in Queenstown hanging out down there. our speaker for this week was Joel Parker. he is a very funny guy with an amazing life story. the topic that he spoke on was evangelism. it was so good to hear his points and his insight on how to be an effective evangilist. so God moved huge on us this past week, a church from down in Queenstown called Lite House came and got us filled with the holy spirit. it was AMAZING God moved so much that nigh tpeople got proficies and healing. one particular example is this girl named Jaymee (yes spelt that way) and i had the same knee problem in the same knee i was standing next to her and out of no where she looks at me and says her knee is fine that she prayed for it and it was done. as she said this my knee went limp and then didn't hurt anymore insane it was so cool to be apart of that. God is Good. so now we are home and i had the awesome oppertunity to go to an All Blacks rugby game last night. they played against the Wallabies (Australia) and won 17 to 10 woot. so this coming week is on missions with Johanas Balzer. I miss home alot and all mail is still super welcome. so i love you guys heaps and i look forward to hearing from you. oh and just a little add on for outreach i am going to chile and i need to see God provide a fair amount of money. so keep praying for that please. k love you.

Begining of week four

Hello everyone, oh man where to start.... so the speaker this week was Mark Parker, a good long time friend of mine kind of (i was friends with his sons). Anyways he spoke on lordship this past week and it was super intense. so many people broke down and left life long problems at the cross. God has really called this group together and its so clear to see, everyone is still having a great time and lovinig on each other. We had an amazing friday night experiance where we all gave everything to God and laid down what needed to be laid down. Its a neat experiance seeing everyone growing and learning. Right now i am Skyping with my parents and i would love to Skype with all of you or get mail from you. Its really nice getting stuff in the mail even if its a short letter. i am super pressed for time right now i have to go and do a book report and my journal so i will update again tomorrow i think.

first week

Oh wow! This week has been so amazing we now finally have every student here and we are growing more and more like a family. Everyone is getting along great and god is totally present in and around everyone. We had Jay Lucus as a speaker this week but because of schedules he could only speak for two days. But even those two days were awesome. he lead worship on friday and myself and two other guys(James and Matty) ended up in a huddle and we got drunk on the holy spirit, it was so cool! We could not stop laughing and praying and having a good time. So its safe to say that jesus is on the move and has big plans if that was only our third day. I do miss my family and friends but the people make it pretty easy to not look back too much. I am learning a lot just by being around so many great people! its so good. so we have been boarding twice now and it is super fun hanging with all the mountain folk. God is going to do some great stuff with us on the mountain. Well its pretty late here and i have to sleep its been a long day. I love you guys heaps and i would Love it if you could keep praying for me. I need all the support i can possible get. Love and Prayers

hey guys! so im on base now and i have met most of the people in our dts we are just waiting for two guys and two girls i think. these past few days we have really just been hanging out. we hiked two days in a row and today we went to the park. i have made some friends and i think that this will be a super close group. the majority of us are 18 to 21 with a few older and one younger. i am starting to get so excited for whats coming up and i am having trouble sleeping at night because of it. anyways im doing well and will probably do a longer update in a week or so then i will have some good stories for all of you. please keep praying for me, i started to feel slightly lonley today. love and miss you all.

hello all, Australia is fun and the weather is fine. Today i went to class with marieta and learned about not thinking poorly about yourself. So im sitting here next to Michael a cool cat in australia. i have met a bunch of cool people and i am eating good old aussie food like sausages and tim tam's. i just went for a run today and my left knee is terrible. we are headed to the bank now and i think we might pick up some milk. today we took lauren (one of the girls from here) to the airport and then marieta and i just drove around it was nice. well its late here and im off to bed i love you all.
